Hi guys, hope you all are doing well! Today is going to start the biggest and more important event of architecture, design, gardening in Americas, Casacor São Paulo 2021. The exposition points up to key trends and newness from this sector.
This is a mega exposition! There is nothing more nothing less than 56 exclusive spaces, with the signature of several names from Brazilian architecture which will be shown in an area of 9.000 m². It is a paradise for décor lovers.
The theme of this year is “A Casa Original” (The Original Home), which proposes a living style with more simplicity, valuating our roots, a delightful balance between past and future. Another thing that I loved in this edition is the large number of plants and the usage of more natural materials.
Home as a protagonist at our lives
This year, Casacor presents a feature that I always emphasize, which is the house as the protagonist in our lives, our nest, that place of calm where we return to recharge our energies and enjoy good times.
We realize all this cozy atmosphere throughout affection projects, whit a lot of memories, a slight color pallet with a predominance of terrain tones, and broad ambient that invite us to co-live among people.
The furniture has simple shapes, without many details. The ambient are cozy due to wood, used in abundance, straw, and ceramic. By the way, the presence of handcraft pieces is very strong, embroidery, tricots, and objects that value the manual doing and are full of lovely references.

Plant in all ambient
Another aspect very Strong is the presence of plants in all ambient. In the way that I like it. They take life, connect us with nature and give that special touch to the decoration.

Sustainability
Casacor always worries very much about sustainability, which, indeed, is the bigger trend in this segment, adopts many actions to reuse of waste and carbon compensation, but there is a special project which calls my attention a lot, Casa LG ThinQ.
Created by Estúdio Guto Requena in partnership with Pax.Arq, is an open-source project of digital manufacturing that links design, technology, and sustainability in the construction of beautiful and ecological houses.
This system is like a puzzle of pre-manufactured wood slabs that form the walls and ceiling. The external structure is covered with waterproofed vegetable fiber tiles. These plates are very versatile, have several formats that adapt to different projects. In addition to the advantages for the environment, this is clean, waste-free, and efficient work.
Casacor 2021 visiting protocol
This Casacor edition count on strict visiting protocols, it could not be different, is that right? It is going to work like this: when buying the ticket on the website, the visitor must book the visit time. The maximum capacity will be 120 people by each period until 2,5 hours.
It will be obligatory to present vaccine proof with at least one dose. At the entrance, there will be a measuring of temperature. During the circuit the event organization has created sanitation points with alcohol in gel and sinks for washing the hand, and, of course, the use of the mask is compulsory.
