1 – Less Information
It is important to keep ourselves suitable updated, but we should control the time we expend watching or reading news because this attack of bad news rises our anguish and does not solve the problem. Occupy your mind with good things. I also suggest doing a good filter of everything that comes from your WhatsApp and leave these toxic groups that only spread conspiracy theories, panic, and fake news. 2 – Laughing is the best medicine
Science has already proved that the old popular saying is right. Laughing makes very well to the health.And how is good to laugh! It calms us down and alleviates the tensions. Besides cable tv, streaming’s, as Netflix and Amazon Prime, it is also possible to have good laughs with the sketches, and stand ups free available on Youtube.
3 – Move the body
You do not need to go to the gym to keep a routine of physical exercises, there are many YouTube channels and apps to work yourself out even from home. Aerobic exercises, Yoga, stretching, dancing, the important is to exercise, choose what makes you happy and move your body. When we practice physical exercises, our body release endorphin which improves our humor, and the well-being sensation.
